The Prince: Siobhan Lockwood, Clan Daeva

What is known about Siobhan is that she has always had a firm and egalitarian demeanor when it came to any project she was placed on for the former regime. She never is seen jumping to conclusions, and is quite passionate about art in all of its forms. She encourages Kindred in her Domain to bring pieces of poetry, song, and dance to be performed in court. Lockwood doesn’t like dull moments, and believes in keeping court a pleasant and entertaining pleasure to attend. A stark contrast from the last Regime. 

Rumor Has It:

Lockwood despises pretension, feeling that it is a killer of beauty and creativity and that’s why all of her courts are mandatory informal. 

Lockwood gives Josephine complete carte blanche to act as she will when she is on assignment for Lockwood. 

It is believed that Lockwood really has it out for Niyah, but yet contrary to that Niyah was named Primogen by Lockwood, and has publicly supported Niyah’s claims.  


Ventrue: Augustine Hale

What’s known about Augustine is that he is incredibly wealthy, but downplays his wealth as much as possible. He likes to be the power behind the curtain. “The Puppeteer.” some sneer behind his back, but one should note it is never said to his face. 

Rumor has it: 

Augustine is the real power behind Lockwoods claim to the Praxis. 

Augustine knows who and what the ‘others’ are and aided them to get rid of other rivals on his rise to the top of the heap.

Augustine and Niyah have a secret romance. 


Daeva: Niyah Baker 
Domain Status 3, Circle of the Crone Status 4, Clan Status 2, City Status 5 


What’s known about Niyah is that she is one of the pillars of New Orleans culture. Her roots go deep as well as her connections to the community. Her role in the Circle of the Crone is directly tied to the Vodoun community. She has Kine eyes, ears, and hands everywhere…

Rumor has it:

She knows more about the ‘others’ than she is letting on.

Lockwood and Niyah despise one another even though they share a clan, their philosophical differences have put them at odds on many occasions. 

It is believed that Niyah uses her succubus powers on Augustine to make him back her on matters inside the Primogen council. 

Mehket: Josephine Hatcher, Domain Title: Archon/Primogen/Elder

What’s known about Josephine is she is a close confidant of Lockwood. Being one of the only Mehket known to survive the first Nights of Ash, she was instrumental in getting a warning to Lockwood and Adrian. It is known she saved both of them, and they both owe their lives to her prowess. She is also a little off kilter. Scatterbrained they call it in Kine, but with Josephine it stems from her powers of foresight. 

Rumor has it:

Josephine’s unique services can be employed for the right price. You better be willing to fork over whatever she asks as her unique skills are the stuff of legend. 

She single handedly fought off the Strix invasion.

She has a blood marriage to Adrian in the Invictus Tradition.

Gangrel: Hamish Vardell 
Domain Status 3, Ordo Dracul Status 4, Clan Status 4, City Status 0


What is known about Hamish is that he is the sole Gangrel survivor. This is a particular thing he is bitter with Josephine over. Josephine managed to spare much of the Daeva and Nosferatu from being destroyed, but not the Gangrel. A fact that Hamish will never let her forget. He has made no bones about the fact that he believed Josephine let his clan mates die. 
Other than his public feud with Josephine, Hamish spends more time in the wild places of New Orleans than any other. An expert tracker, and an Emissary of the Court in all dealings with those who change shape. 

Rumor has it:

The feud between Josephine and Hamish is mostly theater to suss out moves made against the Primogen. 

Hamish has the unholy ability for his claws to do the damage of the sun when in frenzy.

Hamish is secretly in love with Lockwood, why else would he support the Succubi’s claim? 


Nosferatu: Adrian Pope 
Domain Status 3, Carthian Status 3 Ordo Dracul Status 1, Clan Status 3, City Status 0


What is known of Adrian is that he is a staunch supporter of Lockwood, and has close ties with the Mehket clan. It is not much of a secret that the Nosferatu and the Mehket have had a chess game going on to see who can one up the other. So far Josephine is in the lead, but Adrian is no slouch and is nipping at her heels. Adrian often mediates disputes between Josephine and Hamish as he is close allies with both Primogen. 
Rumor Has it:

Everyone believes that Adrian, Josephine and Lockwood are a coterie. It is an observable fact that the three have almost unfailing support for each other. 

Adrian gave the Strix the in they needed to launch an assault on the city years ago so Josephine could rise to her position.
