Mien: Behind the Mask, Cinder's skin turns to charcoal. Not "charcoal black" but charcoal. Her "red hair" turn to fiery strands. Her skin displays red/orange cracks where heat escapes, especially when she's agitated. 


Mask: To those not of fae nature, Cinder appears as an exceptionally attractive black woman. 

Then: Cinder doesn't hide that her life before her Durance was downright bad and that she has experienced poverty, neglect and violence. She is originally from Boston, returned from Arcadia in late 2021 and just a few months later she had to leave Boston after "an unfortunate set of events" that led to some trouble with the police - and mortal hunters. She travelled through USA through 2022 and ended up in New Orleans in January of 2023.

Now: Cinder has found herself making several trips to the Hedge in her time in New Orleans, coming to an understanding with several hedge residents - a practice even she admits is not necessarily the wisest. She is proud to be the "Sentry of the Suns Arc" protecting an important Trod with several Freehold hollows. As "Olivia Dupet" she is running in some not-exactly-legal cycles. 
Cinder is more open about her current plans than she is of her past. She would admit that she harbors no ill-will to the Fetch living her life in Boston. She has informed the summer court that she is expecting a changeling ally of hers to arrive in NOLA soon. One thing that Cinder didn't want to admit but it did leak out is that she has gained the trust and services of a mortal woman that accidentally stumbled in the Fence and Cinder pulled her out.
